Through close and long-standing collaboration with top-tier UK brokers, we have established a strong and effective presence in the London market. Our relationships with leading continental reinsurers further strengthen our ability to structure comprehensive and competitive solutions for complex risks.

We also specialize in securing insurance solutions for businesses facing placement challenges in the local market. Our end-to-end approach covers the entire process — from identifying suitable reinsurance capacity overseas to implementing fronting arrangements and issuing local policies in Israel through licensed Israeli insurers.

In addition, we manage underwriting facilities, develop and launch innovative insurance products, provide consulting services to insurance companies and agents, conduct audits on behalf of reinsurance companies, and deliver professional lectures and training programs in insurance and reinsurance.

Oded Cesarkas

CEO & Founder

At the age of 40, Oded embarked on a new professional path, stepping down from his role as a senior insurance executive and Deputy General Manager, where he headed the P&C Division at Ayalon Insurance Company, to establish his own venture.

Professional Background

Oded brings a rare and comprehensive blend of experience to OCBRS. His career includes roles in claims handling, management of a large insurance agency, service as a facultative underwriter for Swiss Re in Israel and Zurich, and leadership of multiple departments within the local insurance market. Most recently, prior to founding his own business, he served as Head of the Non-Life Division and Senior Deputy General Manager at Ayalon Insurance Company.

This diverse professional background provides Oded with a unique, 360-degree understanding of the insurance industry — enabling him to approach challenges from multiple perspectives and deliver sophisticated, practical solutions.

His areas of expertise include personal lines insurance, personal accident (PA) coverage, and underwriting for high-value vehicles.
